Therapy for ADHD
You’ve heard it all before
“Just focus. Get more organized. Stop procrastinating.”
But if it were that easy, you’d already be there.
If you’re an adult living with ADHD, you know it’s so much more than “trouble paying attention.” It’s juggling too many thoughts at once, battling ADHD paralysis, and feeling like you’re constantly falling short—no matter how hard you try.
I get it. And I’m here to help.
Hi, I’m Kayla Schubert-Wirth, LCSW, ADHD Coach, and Therapist.
I specialize in working with adults who feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, and stuck because of ADHD. I know firsthand how ADHD can shape your life—your career, relationships, self-esteem—and how exhausting it can feel to keep masking or trying to keep up with “neurotypical” expectations.
That’s why my therapy approach is compassionate, practical, and empowering. Together, we’ll:
Understand your ADHD through neuroscience and real-world strategies.
Navigate burnout and paralysis with tools tailored to your brain.
Break the cycle of self-blame so you can embrace your strengths and feel confident again.
What Makes This Different?
ADHD-Focused Therapy: No more generic advice that doesn’t stick. We’ll address procrastination, executive functioning, overwhelm, and burnout—head-on.
Science Meets Real Life: I integrate neuroscience, mindfulness, EMDR, and even movement-based techniques like yoga to help you regulate and thrive.
A Human Approach: I’m not here to “fix” you—because you aren’t broken. ADHD doesn’t define you, but understanding it can unlock what’s been holding you back.
Ready to Stop Spinning Your Wheels?
You’ve spent enough time feeling like you’re running on empty. Let’s work together to build a life where you feel focused, fulfilled, and free—without shame or frustration.
