EMDR Therapy
EMDR helps your brain do what it was meant to do: heal.
We’ll use it to process the memories, beliefs, and body responses that are keeping you stuck — even when you logically know better.

Intrusive thoughts, shame, or emotional shutdown
ADHD-related anxiety and spirals
Stress from past relationships or family patterns
You don’t have to relive it to release it.
Support for Recent Events or Acute Stress
Sometimes something just happened — and you’re not okay.
You don’t need long-term therapy. You need relief, clarity, and a way to process what just went down.
I offer short-term EMDR support for:
Car accidents, medical events, or sudden loss
On-the-job trauma or disturbing calls (esp. first responders)
Recent breakups, betrayals, or life-altering events
You don’t have to wait until it gets worse to get help.
